Custom buckles?

I am looking for custom-shaped metal belt buckles, not unlike these double-bar buckles:



However, I'd like them to be bone-shaped. I have been all over Google and just can't find a custom manufacturer that offers double-bar buckles, at all. Does anyone have any suggestions?

They're for small dog collars. I'm applying for a student/summer government small-business grant, and need models for the products I'm making, which are tough safety supplies for little dogs.

I've thought about casting my own (And the d-rings), but I'm not sure how to go about it.
