Tiny cranes...

Awhile back I posted that I had made a tiny crane: here. bearscanfly said that what I'd really done was craft a giant pencil! So, to redeem myself, here is a tiny crane on a Smartie:



How could I fake the size of the Smartie? Proof, right! Tiny, tiny, tiny crane! Or is it... ( click here! )

And so this isn't just a rehash of old business, I was recently involved in a Craftster swap where we watched our partner's five favorite movies, and crafted three tiny things inspired by them. ( Here's what I made )

Valentines day pendants

Here are a few new pendants I have made out of clay

Macaw Parrot Heart Valentines Day Pendant

love these wonderful birds and thought I would do a few pendants to show that. This pendant is made out of a light weight clay and hand painted. Pendant features a wonderful blue and gold Macaw Parrot on a heart. Many of the paints in this piece have an iridescent and metallic shine to give this piece a lot of sparkle.

The finished face is then sealed with several coats of Sealer (glossy on the background and matte on the bird. Below this piece I added some wonderful beads to add movement to it.

Pendant measures 2 1/2 inches long with bail and beads and 1 1/2 inches wide.
