At work we are having a decorating contest. I need very cheap ideas that we can do to make the theme "winter wonderland" look really good. They need to be hard to break if possible, I work with the developmentally disabled. One good behavior and anything small and fragile would be trashed. Paper crafts? Anything durable? Anyone got any ideas? Help!
