I'm gutting a book to make a photo album. And I feel awful about it. I always do when I'm tampering/altering/butchering vintage items. But it's too perfect not to. (It's for a friend who just moved there.)

But for anyone else who is also doing this:
please, please, please check the value of the book before you butcher it!
