i need a new bag

i recently inherited my grandmother's sewing materials, and in it i found some interesting fabric.  i was wondering if anyone had some nifty bag ideas, especially ones that are in the book-bag style, because right now my messenger bag is killing me.  i'd also like any other ideas that i could use because i have A LOT of this fabric.  i also found lace too, if that helps, but i didnt take a picture of it.  thank you!!
