Mar. 14th, 2007 02:24 amI finally got my new iPod today, so of course the first thing that I did was make a new case for it!

It's basically a wallet-y thing with a clear vinyl pocket and a flap. It took all of about 20 minutes to make. The vinyl is actually a clear shower curtain from the 99 cent store, because my closest fabric store doesn't sell any cuts less than a yard, and I really didn't need a 60" wide yard of clear vinyl to make a couple ipod cases. I'm worried that it might not hold up too well because it's fairly thin, but the positive side of that is that it's thin enough that I can use the click wheel without cutting a hole in it.
Also, does anyone know of anyplace in NYC with a wide variety of cookie cutters? Specifically, I'm looking for beer mugs and leprecauns. Snakes might also do.
