sorry about the question only post,

but ive had a problem lately with the zippers of both the pairs of pants i own (i usually wear skirts xD) they just keep coming undone!
no matter what i do, they just keep opening on me,
i know i can hook up a safety pin to it, but isnt there a more uhm, permanent, more practical thing i can do?
or can i basicly just throw them away?

--edit--

do you think slightly filing the metal pieces of the zipper would work?

I'm new!

I made record bowls for the ladies I work with last Christmas and I didn't know what to do with the left over record cases..
I tried to assemble a box with the left over cases, but it ended up not being sturdy enough.
I went out and bought more records and the box turned out like this:

I didn't see anything of this sort in the FAQ section so I thought it was worthy of a post.

P.s. Ever try putting record bowls on your wall? They make interesting wall art.

If I had time, I would show you EVERYTHING that I've made in the past few months, but instead I'll just show you what I made last night

I made my boyfriend these KISS kitties for V-day since he really really loves KISS! Gene Simmons tongue is poseable because it has wire in it.

I completely pinched this idea from a post i saw on craftster.org a while back!

The hand stiching is quite scrappy because I'm quite inexperienced in doing anything like this. but I'm pretty pleased with them.

Here's a game I made my husband for Valentine's day:

This side is Alquerque. The playing pieces are kept in the padded pouch that's attached to the board with a ballchain.

This is a side-project of mine that I've been working on a bit:

I made a whole bunch of them and now I don't know what to do with them.

Tonight I sewed a cute jellyfish!

I'm actually really afraid of them, but not this one! )

More of like knitted something. I finished this neckwarmer a little while ago, probably in late December, early January. It is now ready to come out for spring. It took me several attempts to get the right length, and after the many trials, the length became perfect. The trim is crab stitch. The body (green) of the neckwarmer is fisherman's rib stitch. I made a sweater a some time ago, but it is too ugly to post. Currently I am working on a skirt from the Rebecca knitting magazine with a completely altered and stressful pattern because to fit the gauge. I also made a shiteload of tags, but only one of them is posted.
