I thought it'd be a cute way of decorating a diaper cover, The covers can come already cutesied up, but for this question we're using the plain white usualy kind of unattractive ones.

I've wanted to do this for quite a while but never did, You'd find cute suitable baby ish or whimsy iron ons, which ever you want, or imagae transferes maybe, and iron them onto the front or back if you wanna decorate the back.

Any one have any tips or suggestions, or have done this themself? Any reason why you shouldn't, why it wouldn't work out any warnings ect ect?

the cover would be something like this, I imagain, since I have not really looked for to many cloth covers.

Or you could probably put it right on the diaper, like this one.

So I've been trying to do this pattern for wrist warmers from Rostitchery for the past few days. I've tried it a few different ways, but ... I can't figure it out.

Has anyone used this pattern before and made it work? I guess what I'm mostly confused about is how she says to do it on the "blue loom"; well, I have two of those. A round one and a flat one. I'm not sure which ones she means, but I doubt it's the long one and I tried this on the round one last night and I can't get it to work.

*facedesk* ANY help is MUCH appreciated.

Hi all. This is my first time posting to this community, although I have been a crafter for a very long time. Our horticultural society has an upcoming Mini Christmas Flower Show and one of the entry classes calls for a Christmas tree ornament made from natural materials. I came up with this idea. It is made from two birch fungi glued together, then spray painted gold. The ribbon and fabric snowflakes I added once the paint was dry. It is supposed to resemble a Christmas bell. Tell me what you think.

I do lots of crafts all the time, as well as scrapbooking. I got a Cricut Cutter and use it for so many things. I just got the Christmas cartridge and plan on using it for making some of my Christmas cards this year.
Well, that's about all for now.

Anyone here do sand casting? I have two pieces I want to get casted, one in aluminum and the other in brass.

I've tried a couple local foundries but they appear not to be interested in returning my calls.

The pieces are not larger than 8"X 4". They are just a one off project.

thanks,
MK

I can't seem to find the magazine online with the pattern in it, does anyone know if this blanket pattern is sold anywhere other than the magazine?

my 2 sisters and I are Russian. we were adopted. I thought it would be a cute and silly Christmas gift, if I could somehow construct 3 little Matryoshka of the 3 of us.
any ideas on constructing these? fairly small, of course.
I am also in art school, so I have a bajillion other projects going on, so I don't want to say... hand carve them all out of wood!

thanks in advance! :)
