I'm trying to make these Invitations ) and I'm having problems locating the material that I need. Does anyone have any good suggestion on where I can find the stuff I need:

For Envelope: 10 3/4" square - 100lbs paper in Fleck Ivory

Invitation: 6" x 13 1/4" Corrugated paper in Fleck Ivory
4 1/8" x 16" 100lb paper in Sage

Enclosures: 5 7/16" 90lb paper in white (this paper I'll probably just end up buying in 11 x 14 and cutting it myself but I still need to find it in 90lb weight.

  my diy dayplanner

i don't normally make books quite like these, but it was really the best method for a dayplanner.  the bookrings are 3/4" & allow the book to lay completely flat.  they also allow you to add or remove paper.  i used scrapbook paper to cover the boards.  the book is approximately 5 1/4" by 4 1/4".

Sorry for the text-only post, but I was wondering if you could help me out. Probably about a year ago, someone posted a picture of a reall cool Alex costume from A Clockwork Orange. I remember it had a short white skirt and suspenders. Anyways, I've already searched through the memories and used the search engine, but came up with nothing. Did anyone bookmark this or save a picture?

I want to attach leaves (fresh ones) to a picture frame but am not sure how to protect them. I have a paint varnish spray that might work but just wanted to see if there is anything better for the job.

Hello,
I've been lurking here for a couple of weeks now but I never really had anything to post. You are all so talented and crafty that I was a little bit intimidated. So this is my first time posting. Any tips or advice you could give me would be really appreciated!

sorry if this has been posted before, i haven't used it yet but basically you upload an image and it gives you a huuuge rasterised image to print out (b&w or colour) they make good posters :D
a few examples from the gallery:

http://homokaasu.org/rasterbator/galleryimage.gas?1278 - used to decorate the side of a bookcase
and
http://homokaasu.org/rasterbator/galleryimage.gas?173 - one covering a whole ceiling!

be warned, sometimes the site is a bit fragile and doesn't load but PERSEVERE! :D

I just wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS TO SUBLIME STITCHING for being a part of the two-page feature about the Austin Craft Mafia in the latest issue of Alternative Press.
And, of course, congratulations to the other eight businesses featured as well!

I need some sort of idea on how to display my knit scarves, and small handbags in a craft fair i'm in next weekend.

I wanted to just get a hat/coat rack with the branch things to hang them on, but i live in the middle of nowhere, and none of the stores here sell them.  I don't know anyone that has one to borrow, either.

I want the scarves to be able to hang on something, and to be at eye level.  Any ideas are greatly appreciated!!
