Soooooooooo grad ball's over. It wasn't a spectacular night, but it'll have to do. Hey, free cosmetics and stuff so what the heck, right? I made my own outfit (everything but the shoes) so here it is. Sorry for the bad pics. Wah. And excuse the fug face. Oh, I drafted the pattern myself. Overall for the entire outfit + accessories, I spent about...$15. Though that's around P750 in my currency (I live in the Philippines).

I would like to hang up an assortment of 4x6 photos on my wall, but I do not want to put them into frames. I would like to have them in protective sleeves that I can then just tack to the wall using clear push pins (do they make clear tacks instead of push pins?). In any event, I have only been able to come across 4x6 photo protectors made of plastic ... I was thinking of something more along the lines of a thin sleeve?

Any idea where I could find this?

Anybody have a general ideas or tips or anything?

my dad is an old stoner and when I got in to stenciling things and making stuff he asked if I could stencil an old mailbox to have the Grateful Deads Steal Your Face cover on it.

the mailbox is a general metal mailbox that I coated in a flat black spray paint. Now, would it be better to stencil it using spray paint or should I hand paint it using acrylic?

I have never done something along these lines so any help would be appreciated.

thanks!!

Anybody into making pocket shrines/pocket worlds? This is my first one, and I really loved making it. I've got a little small round box that I'm planning on putting a tiny circus in. :)

A tiny little box, just a little bigger than a battery!
Its covered with snow, with a snowflake on top!
What could possibly be inside?? )

If you have a thing for 80s cartoons, here's an awesome craft: a fully functioning Optimus Prime made out of paper. If you are not into 80s cartoons, your boyfriend probably is. He'll love you for it.
