ok so some of ya'll might remember the posts i made asking people to look at my jewellery because i had been asked to bring it to a store to talk about selling my stuff on comission. Well, she loves my stuff, and shes already sold two of my peices, and she wants me to do workshops in the store over the summer.
i used the money from the sales for the downpayment of a fuji E550 digicam.
so under the cut are the two peices that she loved the most, they are brand spanking new, i got the beads at her store the day before the meeting, but i like them too much so i kept them for me.
( black jade and onyx and art glass )

May. 2nd, 2006 01:47 pmI recently found an international foods market about 20 minutes away and have been going there almost everyday. I've been saving the packages because they're ADORABLE, but I don't know what to do with them, any suggestions?
ALSO!!!
My little cousin Gracie is allergic to dust, and she can't have any stuffed animals. I find this horrible because shes only 2. Do you think I could use some sort of plastic material to make a bear with so she has something to play with that they can just wipe down? Has anybody ever done that?

Just a thought...
May. 2nd, 2006 03:15 pmHas anyone ever made misfortune cookies?
Might be good for a gathering of goths maybe...
It just popped into my head and I'm thinking of trying it sometimes so just wondered if anyone else has done it before.

I'm crocheting some cube hackey sack/juggling things and I was wondering if anyone might know what I could fill them with?
They're like this: http://cache.lionbrand.com/graphics/patterns/kms-hackySackMid.jpg
I might have to put whatever I use in some sort of fabric sack before I close it all up because whatever I use might be small and fall through the holes.
Thanks!!

Wedding Bliss
May. 2nd, 2006 10:24 pmIn January, my partner of 7 years asked me to marry him... Well, I've been a busy planning beaver since then! But I've lacked the ability to move beyond planning! Last week, I recruited my step mom to come and help me make decisions. Now, I'm progressing well. And tonight, I actually dug out my camera to take a few pictures!
