I also finished knitty's eyelet a long time ago. I've held off on posting picture because a combination of my weightloss and being dumb means that it's too big for me, which makes me sad, because...well, I love that skirt.

Alright, so I haven't been doing alot of posting, but that shall change today! I finished my fiance's mother's bday present: a lap quilt. I have pics of that, the second baby quilt, and my own, in progress, quilt(which will never get done, cuz I have to do one for my sister, with flannel).

Hi !
I haven't done many crafts lately I've been too busy with work and college. The last craft I did was making my grandmother beaded snowflakes.
I made this(
1st Image, 2nd Image) in remembrance from when I went to Destin,Florida for Spring Break. I made it out of sand and seashells that I collected on the beach. I glued some of the shells out on the outside of a vase. Then by accident my cat knocked over the vase but I didn't have any shells in it just sand. I guess from the static of the vase the sand stuck to the sides on the inside of the jar so I rolled it around so the sand would spread evenly out then I sprayed hairspray in on the inside to make the sand stick. Then I made a layer of sand on the bottom and arranged the seashells on top of the sand and sprayed it with more hair spray. I like the effect of the sand on the sides of the jar it goes with the seashells I glued on the outside. I'm just amazed that the sand has held real well just with hairspray it has been about a year.I know you cant really see the sand real well, cause my digi cam is crummy ><' so I apologize for the quality of the pictures.
